What is a health coach?

A health coach is a trained professional who works with clients in a one on one setting to empower clients to make long term positive health changes through motivation, support and advice.

Michelle is our AADP Board Certified Holistic Health coach who will double as your mentor and your teammate to work with you to meet your health and wellness goals. 

We believe that there is no “one size fits all” diet when it comes to nutrition. Everyone responds differently to different foods. That’s why we customize our health coaching sessions and recommendations specifically for you depending on your goals.
